Key Responsibilities

• Manage production workflows and coordinate with external vendors on all production aspects, including setting clear expectations, scheduling, quality checks, and vendor site visits as needed.
• Provide vendors and logistics partners with detailed prop allocation data to ensure timely and accurate delivery to retail locations.
• Partner with creative and procurement teams to optimize print production processes and review prop inventory to support store layouts and replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate with the Visual Communications unit to guide in-store execution related to props.
• Communicate detailed prop specifications and logistical timelines to Store Operations; maintain all key prop documentation and history.
• Maintain comprehensive internal data and tools related to props.
• Address and process store and home office prop requests promptly.
• Keep an updated team calendar highlighting achievements and deadlines.
• Work closely with Logistics to guarantee on-time arrivals of props both in distribution centers and stores.
• Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency for partners inside and outside the company.
• Assist department leaders with special projects when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably with retail exposure.
• Knowledge of print production, manufacturing, and quality control procedures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solving aptitude with the ability to suggest solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign; familiarity with FileMaker Pro is advantageous.
• Capability to lift and handle large packages, often weighing up to 50 pounds.

Educational Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
