Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive new business opportunities for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) at Pooja Concrete in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will engage with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and visit project sites to expand our customer base and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business prospects for RMC.
• Conduct site visits and meet with key stakeholders such as builders, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Track upcoming construction projects to create sales inquiries.
• Develop quotations, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.
• Collaborate closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and assist in the collection of payments.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform strategies.
• Maintain detailed daily sales reports and regularly follow up with customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 55,000 INR.
