Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive On-Field Marketing Executive focused on acquiring merchants for our online rental platform. As a key representative of our company, you will engage with local business owners specializing in event management or medical equipment, persuading them to list their products for rental on our app.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and map out retail shops, vendors, and businesses within designated areas.
• Conduct daily cold-calling and face-to-face pitching to demonstrate the benefits of our rental platform to potential merchants.
• Assist merchants with registration, app installation, and initiating their product listings.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with onboarded merchants to maintain active and engaging listings.
• Collect market insights such as competitor pricing, vendor challenges, and current trends from field interactions.
• Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly targets for merchant onboarding and live listings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Up to 2 years of experience in field sales, B2B marketing, or merchant acquisition, including experience in QR code onboarding or local listing services.
• Minimum education requirement: completion of 12th grade or high school diploma.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages.
• Possession of a smartphone and a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license for daily travel.
• Energetic, self-driven, able to handle rejection, and comfortable operating primarily in the field.
