Role Overview

The Manufacturing Operator will play a vital role in supporting customers throughout various stages of the manufacturing process. This position emphasizes strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle, transport, and record critical materials within the manufacturing environment.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and comply with all company procedures.
• Ensure ongoing safety and quality compliance throughout operations.
• Conduct quality inspections according to defined process specifications.
• Utilize MS Office and internal computer systems as necessary to support production activities.

Work Schedule

The role follows a compressed rotating workweek with 12-hour shifts covering days and nights, including weekends. Schedules include 4 days on/3 days off, and 3 days on/4 days off cycles over a two-week period.

Role Requirements

• Capability to work within controlled cleanroom environments, including wearing gowns and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Commitment to full compliance with safety protocols and company regulations.

Physical Demands

• Physical endurance to stand, bend, walk, and reach continuously for up to 12 hours per shift, excluding breaks.
