  • Certification and hands-on experience in at least two Workday HCM modules from the listed areas.
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes, best practice, and the effect of legislation, preferably in New Zealand but this is not mandatory.
  • Solid business analysis capability with attention to detail for specifications, documentation, standardisation, and operational efficiency.
  • Clear, inclusive communication style that supports change and builds trust across all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Demonstrated business development experience, including relationship building and RFP response work.
