Role Overview
The Manager for Investor AML within the Transfer Agency division will oversee the management of Transfer Agency teams. This leadership position entails guiding staff performance, career progress, resource allocation, and disciplinary actions. The manager exercises key influence over staffing decisions and salary reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing performance management and career development processes for the Transfer Agency teams.
- Making critical staffing decisions and ensuring adequate resources to meet objectives.
- Providing direct supervision to team leaders and managing staff through these reports.
- Participating actively in strategic planning and budget formulation.
- Offering leadership support within larger specialized units as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a leadership capacity within AML, Compliance, or Audit fields.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational competencies to set and achieve periodic goals, while motivating teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High adaptability and flexibility toward change and new challenges.
- Possession of a college or university degree or substantial equivalent professional experience.
