Essential Duties
- Carry out custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Perform basic maintenance of buildings and grounds to ensure proper upkeep.
- Buff, strip, and preserve floor surfaces to maintain appearance and safety.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Prior relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
