About the Role
Euclid Transactional is seeking a driven graduate to join its EMEA team as an M&A Analyst in Frankfurt am Main. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to international mergers and acquisitions alongside the transactional risk insurance sector within an entrepreneurial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate M&A deals by examining financial reports, company backgrounds, due diligence documentation, and purchase agreements.
- Manage an ongoing flow of transactional risk insurance deal prospects.
- Prepare insurance quotes and policies relevant to transactions.
- Create marketing collateral and presentations to support business development.
- Liaise and coordinate communication with insurance brokers, legal advisors, and clients.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, business, finance or economics.
- Between zero to two years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluent in both German and English, proficient in written and spoken communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and preferably experience using Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, detail-focused, collaborative, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
