Luxury Events and Experiences Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Events and Experiences Manager to oversee a prestigious UK member events programme for a notable luxury travel and hospitality brand. The position is based at home within an hour of London, requiring frequent travel across the UK. The appointed manager will create and manage a diverse range of exclusive experiences, including premium sporting, cultural, dining, opera, and lifestyle occasions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UK member events calendar and take full responsibility for the programme.
• Collaborate with the International Events Director to shape and refine the annual schedule.
• Identify and secure unique venues and bespoke experiences.
• Manage all phases of event execution, ensuring exceptional quality and member satisfaction.
• Act as a visible ambassador for the brand, hosting numerous events and developing strong member relationships.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee seamless event delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in events management within luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, premium travel, or comparable industries.
• Creativity combined with commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Flexible availability for occasional evening and weekend work, compensated with time off in lieu.
