Logistics & Label Processing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Logistics & Label Processing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shipping labels and supporting various logistics duties to ensure smooth order dispatch and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and print accurate shipping labels for customer orders.
• Liaise with logistics partners to guarantee timely dispatch of shipments.
• Verify order processing and maintain all shipment-related documentation accurately.
• Maintain detailed dispatch records and update the status of shipments regularly.
• Address and resolve any basic issues related to logistics and label processing.
• Work closely with the operations team for efficient order fulfillment.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate education with relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, email, and order management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Capability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or label processing is an advantage but not essential.
