Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in specialized IT markets through structured training programs.

- Manage and grow relationships with candidates and clients, negotiate offers, successfully close deals, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years of professional experience post-education in roles such as Junior Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Assistant, Procurement Specialist, or Operations Administrator.
- Legally eligible to work in the EU with a valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa and either residing in Dublin or planning to relocate.
- Strong motivation and eagerness to learn, with energy to shift from operational back-office tasks to a dynamic client-facing role.
