Logistics and Supply Chain Management Specialist - Remote Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Management expert to collaborate remotely on a client project aimed at enhancing supply chain processes and documentation quality. This contract role involves utilizing your logistics domain expertise to support training of advanced AI systems by providing authentic, real-world data and insights. No AI experience is necessary, but strong knowledge of global logistics, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in English are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine logistics-related documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for validity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Create and annotate sample documents to demonstrate best practices in supply chain management.
• Assess current supply chain procedures and recommend practical improvements grounded in real-world experience.
• Provide in-depth feedback focused on document formats and workflow enhancements within logistics scenarios.
• Engage with project teams to define requirements and articulate complex logistics concepts clearly.
• Take part in quality assurance to verify the accuracy and relevance of supply chain datasets.
• Assist in developing training materials that reflect real industry standards and address specific supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of direct experience working with logistics and supply chain operations, especially involving packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory documentation.
• Strong familiarity with logistics workflows and international supply chain management principles.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and fluently in English.
• Attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documents is critical.
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude for identifying and suggesting process improvements in logistics environments.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote setting while delivering high-quality work on time.
