Role Overview

We are looking for an expert professional to join our team to pioneer innovative artificial intelligence solutions. The role centers on developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) to derive actionable insights, enhance business decision-making, and optimize prompt designs for improved output accuracy. Additionally, the position involves building scalable, dependable LLM/Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, particularly for customer service scheduling, nurturing innovation and maintaining a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete LLM development lifecycle, including data preparation and deploying real-world applications.
• Create, refine, and optimize prompts (such as zero-/few-shot, chain-of-thought, and tool-calling) to maximize model performance and safety across diverse products and languages.
• Develop and maintain RAG-based question answering and search systems linked to multiple knowledge repositories.
• Employ familiarity with vLLM/SGLang inference architectures with proven expertise in deploying and managing LLM services on multi-GPU or clustered environments.
• Design, build, and operate multi-agent LLM systems (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), including aspects like task division, agent orchestration, shared memory management, and tool integration.
• Develop evaluation pipelines incorporating automatic metrics and human feedback to assess prompt and model quality, analyze biases, and monitor hallucination rates.
• Collaborate closely with product and customer service teams to embed AI models into conversational chatbot systems tailored to various scenarios.
• Stay abreast of cutting-edge research, contribute to technical blogs, and continuously enhance existing architectures.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in deep learning and natural language processing, including over 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs covering supervised fine-tuning, direct preference optimization, retrieval-augmented generation, quantization, and inference optimization.
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and tuning, encompassing few-shot design, structured prompting, prefix and p-tuning, reward-based re-ranking, and safety filtering.
• Practical experience in creating and implementing multi-agent LLM workflows with knowledge of agent orchestrator patterns, shared memory systems, long-term planning, and safety guardrails.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
