Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Live-in Support Worker to provide comprehensive assistance to clients both inside and outside their homes. This role involves supporting customers with a variety of daily activities tailored to their individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship through meaningful conversation and spending quality time with clients
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and continence support when needed
- Supporting mobility by helping clients move safely around their homes
- Managing and overseeing medication administration according to prescribed care plans
- Carrying out household chores including vacuuming and laundry
- Preparing and cooking nutritious meals for clients
- Running errands like shopping or collecting prescriptions
- Delivering additional medical support with provided training, including first aid and complex care procedures
Role Context
As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will care for patients in hospitals, residential facilities, or private homes, helping with daily needs and ensuring their well-being.
