About the Role

The Legal & Compliance Manager will oversee the company's legal, taxation, corporate secretarial, and regulatory affairs. This role involves coordinating with external legal and financial professionals, including advocates, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Insolvency Professionals, as well as banks and government bodies to ensure all statutory requirements, filings, and litigation matters are handled without delay.
