About the Role

The role is designed for a Leadership Development Specialist working remotely within the United States. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop asynchronous e-learning content, including courses, toolkits, templates, job aids, and leadership resources tailored for educational leaders.
Translate instructional and leadership frameworks, models, and organizational priorities into practical resources for school and district leaders.
Create materials that support instructional coaching, data-driven strategies, observation and feedback methods, and school improvement projects.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, academic teams, and stakeholders to maintain content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with objectives.
Work with production and design teams to develop engaging multimedia learning experiences such as interactive modules, videos, and scenario-based lessons.
Review and enhance existing professional development materials to elevate quality and learner impact.
Integrate adult learning theory and microlearning approaches to produce accessible, effective educational content.
Assist in developing leadership learning pathways, resource libraries, onboarding materials, and professional programs.
Ensure learning tools are designed to advance educator practices and support measurable outcomes.
Stay current with trends in instructional leadership, coaching, education policy, and accountability standards.
Contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement of leadership development efforts.
Perform additional duties as necessary to support team and organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent development, professional learning, educational training, or similar areas.
Experience in leadership roles within schools or districts such as principal, assistant principal, instructional coach or district-level leader.
Solid understanding of effective training methodologies and adult education principles.
Proven expertise in instructional coaching, mentoring, and backing educational leaders.
In-depth knowledge of instructional best practices, feedback cycles, and data-informed improvement processes.
Experience creating professional learning content or curricula designed for adult learners.
Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into straightforward, actionable resources.
Excellent written communication, content development, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web-based tools.
Capability to successfully undergo required background checks.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory; a Master’s in Education or Educational Leadership is preferred.
Credentials such as principal certification, school leadership experience, and familiarity with leadership frameworks like PSEL are advantageous.
Knowledge of state accountability frameworks and school improvement planning is a plus.
