Lab Technician

Role Overview

The Lab Technician will support laboratory operations for Appaaxo Healthcare LLP in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This role centers on testing, quality assurance, sample preparation, and reporting findings to senior staff. The technician will contribute to maintaining product integrity and addressing food-safety related concerns.

Key Duties

• Carry out quality control checks either in the laboratory or at the worksite, depending on operational needs.
• Assist fellow lab technicians with testing and calibration of equipment to achieve the required output.
• Oversee quality-control activities and verify the standard of lab ingredients.
• Prepare materials and samples before they are dispatched to customers.
• Follow company rules and instructions from senior team members to help preserve product integrity.
• Compile, review, and analyze laboratory reports for management.
• Identify food safety issues and escalate them appropriately.

Additional Information

This position requires regular reporting to senior staff and a careful approach to quality, compliance, and laboratory procedures.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is INR 17,000 to 30,000 per month.
