Job Impact and Responsibilities

Deliver expertise related to maintenance, reliability, and operations for chemical industry clients. Assist clients in capability development for effective delivery and execution both during projects and beyond implementation. Support the advancement of proprietary knowledge alongside global and local experts. Engage in all client development stages, including business development, project delivery, and sustaining client relationships.

Collaborate extensively with the Global Energy and Materials practice to serve clients across the EEMA region from the Riyadh Client Capabilities Hub.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or petroleum engineering
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the petrochemical field, knowledgeable in downstream chemicals and market dynamics
• Preferred experience in chemical process engineering, operational enhancement, project management, or strategic planning
• Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and modeling
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Sound business and financial acumen
• Excellent multitasking and client-service orientation
• Teamwork skills with the ability to interact professionally across organizational levels
• Effective communicator capable of explaining complex concepts clearly
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
