About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our kitchen team as Back of House Team Members. At Dôme Café Group, we prioritize comprehensive training and equip our staff with the skills needed to perform their duties effectively.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will prepare ingredients and menu items to consistently high standards, ensuring a quality experience for guests. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-kept kitchen environment is also a key part of your role.
Candidate Profile
- A genuine passion for serving food to eager customers.
- Keen attention to detail in all tasks.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Proactive attitude to identify and complete necessary tasks without supervision.
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work flexible shifts from Monday through Sunday within the window of 5am to 9pm.
