Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans; sanitise all surfaces, equipment, and floors following health and safety regulations.
• Assist with straightforward food preparation such as chopping vegetables and assembling simple dishes under the direction of the chefs.
• Support stock management by organising ingredients, unpacking deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of kitchen items.

Candidate Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary, although a background in kitchen work, portering, or catering is advantageous.
• Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and prolonged standing.
• Strong collaboration skills with effective communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
