Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Follow guidance from department managers to ensure proper food monitoring and maintain an ample supply of clean kitchenware and utensils.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness is upheld at all times.
• Collaborate with the chef team to maintain HACCP food safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
