Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to our kitchen team in daily operations.
• When required, manage the buffet and cold kitchen sections.
• Assist in preparing meals for groups and families using regional ingredients.
• Be available to work on weekends, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Offer help wherever additional support is needed.
• Adhere to our established quality standards, contributing to a unique guest experience.
