Yuva Educare invites applications for a full-time Preschool Teacher position at Abalone KIDS Preschool located on Daftary Road, Malad East, Mumbai. We are looking for passionate female educators who demonstrate excellent English skills, a pleasant attitude, and a true enthusiasm for nurturing young children.

Key Duties

• Establish and maintain a warm, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages the growth and development of children.
• Design and execute activities suitable for preschool age, promoting learning through interactive play and discovery.
• Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical progress of preschool-aged children.
• Maintain clear and positive communication lines with children, their parents, and fellow staff members.
• Monitor and systematically record the development and progress of each child in the class.
• Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and stimulating for the students.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be female.
• Must hold a Certification or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, which is a mandatory qualification.
• Preferred minimum of one year of experience; however, enthusiastic fresh graduates with strong communication and teaching abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in English with excellent spoken communication skills is essential.
• The ideal candidate should be warm, friendly, patient, and dedicated to fostering all aspects of child development.
