Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Crèche Supervisor for our Kids Cartel in Beenleigh. This role involves overseeing children in the crèche, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable space while parents utilize the gym facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety of all children under your care.
• Adhere strictly to check-in and check-out procedures for children.
• Monitor and supervise children's behavior to ensure safety for children and staff within the crèche area.
• Effectively engage with children to keep them calm and content during their time in the crèche.
• Demonstrate duty of care in maintaining child safety and wellbeing.
• Prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently as directed.
• Carry out other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a childcare or similar supervisory role.
• Passion for health and fitness with a willingness to work in this industry.
• Reliable, punctual, proactive, professional, and well-presented.
• Strong work ethic with respectful and professional interactions with members and their children.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, able to multitask, and demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to uphold and communicate business policies and procedures to customers and staff.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current Blue Card or Working with Children Check.
• Flexibility to work shifts aligning with gym operational hours, with schedules provided in advance.
• Authorized to work in Australia.
