Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Kids Club amenities, activities, schedules, and hotel services.
• Execute tasks following operational standards and policies set by the Recreation Manager.
• Greet children and their parents warmly and professionally at all times.
• Ensure all participating children’s safety, security, and welfare during Kids Club activities.
• Organize, oversee, and lead age-appropriate indoor and outdoor recreational, educational, creative, and entertainment programs.
• Foster children’s involvement by creating a fun, positive, and welcoming environment.
• Adhere strictly to the daily activity schedule, preparing all required materials, games, and equipment ahead of time.
• Maintain vigilant supervision during activities and keep accurate attendance records.
• Respond professionally to parental inquiries and complaints, resolving issues or escalating to the Recreation Manager as needed.
• Immediately report accidents, injuries, illnesses, or unusual incidents and complete all related documentation.
• Keep all Kids Club equipment, toys, games, and educational materials clean, safe, and functional.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and organization standards before, during, and after sessions.
• Conduct daily inspections of all Kids Club facilities and equipment; report damages and coordinate repairs with Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, child protection guidelines, and health and safety standards in all activities.
• Plan and take part in children's parties, themed events, holiday celebrations, and family entertainment.
• Promote Kids Club programs to hotel guests and actively encourage children’s participation.
• Register children upon arrival and release them only to authorized parents or guardians following hotel protocols.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of personal information related to children and families.
• Wear the prescribed hotel uniform and name badge while on duty.
• Follow the weekly duty roster and operational requirements as set by the Recreation Manager.
• Attend departmental meetings, training, emergency, first aid, and child protection sessions.
• Support the hotel's environmental efforts by minimizing waste and using resources responsibly.
• Adhere to all hotel quality management systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive demeanor, and excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Recreation Manager or Hotel Management consistent with the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one year experience in Kids Club, childcare, entertainment, or hospitality settings.
• Proficiency in English and/or Russian to communicate effectively with children and guests; additional languages are advantageous.
• Certifications or coursework in Childcare, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, or Kids Entertainment are preferred.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities, creativity in organizing activities, safety-conscious supervision, problem-solving skills, teamwork, patience, and a friendly, energetic attitude are essential.
