About the company

The Tief- und Rohrleitungsbau Wilhelm Wähler GmbH & Co. KG has been part of the well-established Seier Group for more than a century. The business is family-run and now operates in its fourth generation.

To strengthen the team in Tornesch, they are looking for a Kalkulator (m/f/d) as soon as possible, with the option to work either part-time or full-time.

Your role

• You will independently prepare cost estimates for civil engineering and pipeline construction projects, including additional and variation works.
• You will calculate quantities and draft bills of quantities.
• You will support negotiations with subcontractors and clients.
• You will develop assessments of opportunities and risks.

What you should bring

• A degree in civil engineering, a technician qualification, or an equivalent background is required.
• Previous experience in estimating or site management is an advantage.
• You should be confident using current PC operating systems and MS Office.
• Experience with estimating software would be beneficial.
• Strong numerical ability, a structured approach, and teamwork skills are important.
• You are expected to work independently, take responsibility, and show commitment.
• Willingness to get involved and a cooperative attitude are essential.
• A category B driving licence is required.
