Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a cohesive and inspiring presentation of our website daily to engage customers.
• Develop and optimize product groupings on listing pages by balancing bestsellers with complementary looks and upselling opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to execute compelling campaigns.
• Produce mood boards for the sales team to transform inspiration into impactful sales strategies.
• Create visually engaging presentations and assets to communicate campaign concepts and monitor banner performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize AI-based tools to analyze competitor actions and customer behavior, identify trends, and continuously refresh website content to remain innovative and appealing.

Candidate Profile

• Keen aesthetic sense with strong visual judgment.
• Experience or knowledge of design brands, fashion, interior design, and lifestyle sectors, with the ability to translate trends into persuasive visuals and campaigns.
• A relevant university degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or related fields is beneficial; initial professional exposure to home & living, fashion, or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational capabilities, exhibiting a structured and independent work approach aimed at delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
