What you will do

- Draft proposals, change orders, progress reports, and end-of-project closeout files.
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, field superintendents, subcontractors, and the internal project team.
- Participate in site meetings, track job progress, and assist in resolving issues that arise during delivery.
- Assist with cost monitoring, forecasting, and broader project control activities.
- Travel to sites throughout British Columbia roughly 30% of the time to support field execution and strengthen client relationships.
- Follow Health, Safety & Environmental requirements in all project-related work.

- Background on industrial work such as pulp & paper, mining, refineries, power generation, or other heavy industrial environments is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of construction paperwork, change management, scheduling, and project controls.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office; exposure to project management platforms or ERP systems is an added asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with clients, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Very organized, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Open to travelling around British Columbia to support project delivery.
