Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join our team at the Weeze, Germany site, focusing on the defence sector, particularly the F-35 program. This is a full-time opportunity where you will play a critical role in improving manufacturing processes and automations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and design product systems aimed at enhancing manufacturing workflows
• Analyze and improve product-related operational processes
• Validate product systems to confirm required process and design adjustments and updates
• Manage coordination with suppliers for installing automation systems
• Create and oversee key performance indicator (KPI) systems
• Develop visual representations of KPIs for the production floor

Requirements

• Completed engineering degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Some initial professional experience in relevant process engineering roles
• Proficiency with MS Office and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
• Availability and willingness to travel occasionally to the USA for business purposes
