Position Overview
Join Gensler as a junior interior designer where you will blend artistic vision, storytelling, and technical expertise alongside business acumen to create user-centered interior environments. Ideal candidates possess strong creative design abilities, relevant commercial experience, and a portfolio showcasing innovative concepts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interior design tasks including initial client needs assessment, conceptualization, schematic formulation, detailed design development, spatial planning, and preparation of construction documents.
- Assist in selecting and presenting furniture, modular furniture systems, fabrics, fixtures, finishes, and lighting schemes.
- Develop finish plans and specifications and make material choices critical to construction phases.
- Support design execution through documentation and coordination until project completion.
- Collaborate with external consultants, vendors, furniture suppliers, and fabricators to ensure design integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design.
- Between one and five years of professional experience in interior design roles.
- Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and related modeling applications.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong graphic and visualization capabilities to effectively convey design concepts.

Compensation
The annual base salary for this role is anticipated between 70400 and 80000 USD, complemented by bonus opportunities and benefits, dependent on experience.
