Role Summary

We are seeking a Junior Front-End Developer to join our fully remote team, ideal for an eager developer passionate about crafting modern, responsive web interfaces. Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and user-centered websites tailored to healthcare, medical, and wellness clients.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable front-end code.
• Create landing pages, websites, and digital marketing tools that meet campaign goals and adhere to brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to ensure delivery of superior web experiences.
• Support SEO efforts, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and enhance website performance metrics.
• Participate actively in project meetings, offering suggestions to enhance user experience and website functionality.
• Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain seamless web experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Adhere to best practices in accessibility, usability, and current web development standards.
• Assist in managing and updating CMS platforms, especially WordPress, including implementing new pages, templates, and design upgrades.
• Conduct quality assurance, testing websites on multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistency and functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve front-end bugs, layout issues, and UI discrepancies.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying up-to-date on emerging front-end technologies and frameworks, participate in code review sessions, and improve development standards and workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, which can include internships, freelance work, personal projects, or beginner-level professional roles.
• Hands-on experience with live websites or web applications is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue is a plus.
• Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices related to front-end development.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Experience using design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Basic understanding of website performance optimization and cross-browser testing methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities suitable for remote teamwork.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of meeting deadlines.
• Desire to learn, incorporate feedback, and continually improve skills.
• Additional advantages include familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, WCAG accessibility standards, exposure to healthcare or regulated industries, knowledge of modern JavaScript tooling and build processes, and fluency in English (with Arabic skills considered a strong asset).
