Role Responsibilities

• Gathering and uploading digital content efficiently.
• Distributing content packages to eRetailers for seamless integration.
• Conducting live audits and filling content gaps on eRetailer websites.
• Participating in weekly client meetings to update on task progress.
• Maintaining task statuses within trackers and decks accurately.
• Identifying inconsistencies in content, escalating issues to clients, and resolving them promptly.
• Proactively recommending strategic solutions to clients.
• Providing cross-team support as required, potentially involving diverse projects.
• Assisting with coordination of asset production when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of client-facing experience demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication.
• Minimum one year experience within the digital domain.
• Positive attitude coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset with accountability for personal tasks.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Confidence and assertiveness in presenting ideas.
• Strong enthusiasm for developing a career in the eCommerce sector.
• English language proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
• German language proficiency at C1+ level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
