Team Overview

The Website team is part of the Brand team, within the wider Direct Acquisition division that includes Sales and Performance Marketing. The newly established Brand team ensures consistent, credible market presence and drives lead generation while equipping marketing, sales, and other departments.

Role Summary

This position involves both designing and developing digital experiences. Candidates should have a solid foundation in design principles, elementary frontend coding skills, and an interest in integrating AI into design workflows. Working closely with senior colleagues, the role focuses on building and updating website pages, managing reusable components, and continuously enhancing the site to reflect iwoca’s brand as a leading UK fintech firm. The role primarily uses Webflow platform, but candidates will have opportunities to learn and potentially shape the future web infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement reusable components and page templates to facilitate easy page creation by other team members.
  • Maintain and evolve the website’s design system by making pivotal design choices including fonts and layouts.
