Junior Controller – Volume Litigation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Controller to join our Volume Litigation team, playing a key role in managing and organizing legal case files. If you have a keen eye for detail, are well-organized, and possess experience in legal controlling, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor legal publications through the Autojur system.
• Enter publication data accurately into the system.
• Register and systematically organize legal case folders.
• Ensure that all case information is current and internal workflows are adhered to.
• Support the team with day-to-day controlling activities for volume litigation cases.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Legal Controlling, ideally within Volume Litigation.
• Familiarity with tracking legal publications.
• Experience using legal management software; prior work with Autojur is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
