The Junior BI Analyst role involves organizing and interpreting data from daily operations to provide clear, actionable management insights. Role Purpose

This position helps consultants transform unstructured operational data into coherent, concise records. Teams often possess abundant data but lack clarity for swift decisions. The Junior BI Analyst will develop tools that identify bottlenecks in priorities and clarify accountability. The focus is on minimal yet effective data records to help leadership stay aligned. The role is fully remote, allowing dedicated analysis with reliable written communication within the team.

Responsibilities

Gather and organize data from multiple project management and financial platforms used by the infrastructure group.
Prepare weekly reports to pinpoint delayed tasks and unclear owner assignments.
Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of leadership information.
Create clear, straightforward dashboards with tools such as Power BI or Excel prioritizing clarity over elaborate visuals.
Participate in internal meetings to grasp key metrics relevant to frontline managers.
Document data sources and report logic thoroughly for transparency and reproducibility.
Analyze patterns in meeting management and decision documentation across departments.
Provide ad hoc data support to consulting teams during intensive project phases.

Candidate Profile

We seek an individual detail-oriented about accuracy, with an intuitive feel for inconsistencies. Comfort with numbers and basic database concepts is required. Strong communication skills are essential to explain data plainly without jargon. Being entry-level, a strong willingness to learn the company’s methodologies and a systematic approach to problem solving are valued. Effective time management in remote settings and proactive question-asking under unclear tasks are important.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and fundamentals of formulas.
