About the Role

Maverick Drones And Technologies is seeking a Junior Accountant to manage financial records and support various accounting functions at their Kolkata location.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record daily financial transactions into the accounting software system.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and petty cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger with precision.
• Handle employee expense claims processing and reimbursements promptly.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Organize and maintain proper filing systems for all accounting documents and records.
• Facilitate internal and external audits by supplying essential documentation.
