Journeyman Technician - Singapore

Role overview

Our Singapore-based team is hiring a Journeyman Technician to support shipboard network operations. The role centers on Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical assistance for Microsoft Windows-based shipboard networks, along with hands-on support for new system installations and upgrades. You will also work with government and civilian management teams to align task priorities, schedule ship visits, and coordinate field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent support in remote locations and travel within or beyond the area of responsibility as required.
• Work with the StratasCorp Technician Dispatcher team and shipboard crew to ensure support activities follow contract priorities.
• Coordinate with outside network vendors when issues need higher-level technical input.
• Collect operational data and share it with StratasCorp teams and leadership for ships operating in the Pacific Area of Responsibility.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports.

Requirements

The role requires an active Secret clearance, an IAT Level II certification or above, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel.
