Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store premises.
• Cleaning shower and restroom facilities thoroughly.
• Handling laundry duties including washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing basic repair and maintenance tasks throughout the store.
• Collecting and disposing of trash in and around the travel center.
• Delivering excellent customer service by maintaining well-kept facilities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong self-motivation and ability to initiate work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaboration skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing or walking for the majority of the shift.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in similar janitorial or maintenance roles.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
