CW Resources, Inc., a reputable national non-profit with over 60 years of delivering mission-focused services, is seeking diligent Janitors to maintain cleanliness and order at Arnold Air Force Base, Manchester, TN. Work Schedule and Location

This part-time role involves working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with varying hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning tasks with supervisors and teammates at the start of each shift.
• Prepare and transport cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants to assigned areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, trash removal with fresh bag replacement, restroom cleaning with supply refills, and wiping down tables, chairs, doors, and surfaces.
• Dust furniture, shelves, vents, and clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
• Conduct a final inspection of the area before concluding the shift to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Organize and return all tools and supplies to storage at shift end.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new tasks and collaborate effectively with the team and supervisor.
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to maintain focus throughout the shift.
• Possession of a valid Real ID.
• Capability to obtain and sustain government base access clearance.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Repeated standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching climb during cleaning tasks.
• Routine usage of motions such as mopping, sweeping, wiping, and scrubbing.
• Lifting and moving cleaning equipment and supplies typically weighing between 25 and 30 pounds regularly.
• Safe navigation of stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces while carrying materials.
• Predominantly indoor work with exposure to various temperature and lighting conditions.
• Contact with cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, solvents, dust, allergens, and occasional biohazards with proper safety training and personal protective equipment.
• Possible work in tight or awkward spaces and exposure to mechanical noise from cleaning machinery with hearing protection as needed.
