About the Role

Join a leading engineering and manufacturing company as an IT Support Associate based in Fort Worth, TX. Key Responsibilities

Deliver first-level technical support addressing hardware and software concerns for internal users.
Set up and configure desktops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems and business applications.
Manage software installations, updates, and new application deployments.
Support and troubleshoot local network connectivity issues.
Assist with onboarding processes, including new user and workstation setups.
Maintain high standards of customer service while resolving IT issues.
Document all support activities and keep IT records up-to-date.

Qualifications

At least six months of experience in desktop support or comparable technical education.
Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
Fundamental knowledge of PC hardware components and networking concepts.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office suite and commonly used desktop software.
Effective communication and strong customer service capabilities.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft are advantageous but not mandatory.
