IT Specialist (Saudi National)

Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Specialist to manage daily IT operations within an IT Service Management (ITSM) framework. The position demands responsibility, multitasking across several IT areas, and the capability to perform effectively under business pressures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT tickets and service requests following ITSM protocols including incident handling, service requests, and basic problem resolution.
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-user problems, Office 365, Active Directory user administration and troubleshooting, as well as fundamental networking issues such as LAN connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors as necessary to resolve issues.
• Provide IT support for applications and users across various departments.
• Operate at two physical locations, the Head Office and Factory, on different days as per requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established IT procedures.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
• Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle various priorities simultaneously.
• Show eagerness to learn and adaptability in a dynamic operational setting.
