IT Service Engineer Helpdesk Support

Main Responsibilities

• Handle IT hotline requests via phone in both German and English, including accurate documentation.
• Provide 1st-level support by receiving incident reports and service requests through phone, email, or ticket system.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or onsite at employees' workstations and perform installations of new hardware and software.
• Assist employees in the efficient use of applications for their daily tasks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute to ongoing enhancement efforts of IT services and environment.
• Carry out minor service desk projects such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardizations.

Candidacy Profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent technical qualification with further IT-focused education.
• Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for outstanding support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
