Role Overview
The role of Internal Account Manager involves providing operational and partner support within the cybersecurity distribution sector. Acting as a key communication bridge between channel partners and internal teams, you will manage partner inquiries, prepare pricing quotations, oversee order processing, and deliver post-order assistance. Accuracy, adherence to service-level agreements, and diligent CRM documentation are critical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational liaison for designated channel partners, ensuring professional, prompt, and consistent communication.
- Address partner queries within a two-hour SLA, upholding high standards of service excellence.
- Create, verify, and issue precise pricing quotations aligned with approved commercial and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate order placements, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
- Provide timely updates concerning order status, inventory levels, and anticipated delivery schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive and current entries within the CRM system, encompassing partner opportunities, activities, and sales pipeline status.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum educational qualification: Matriculation.
- At least two years' experience in account management, sales support, or related roles.
- Background in IT distribution, channel sales, or vendor relations is preferred.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity vendor products and procedures is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills for professional interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy across quotations, orders, and system records.
