Interior Fit-out Project Head

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Head to manage and lead fit-out projects across commercial, corporate, retail, banking, and residential sectors. This role involves guiding projects from initial concept through to successful completion while ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of Project Managers and project teams handling multiple fit-out assignments.
• Manage day-to-day project challenges by resolving site-related issues and providing technical solutions.
• Review and evaluate design drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and budgets to ensure projects stay on track.
• Guarantee punctual execution of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Possess 10 to 12 years of proven experience in the interior fit-out industry.
• Exhibit strong leadership abilities along with team and project management expertise.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline, which is preferred.
