Interior Designer - Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a focus on sales to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in converting leads into confirmed orders by offering expert consultation and coordinating design efforts effectively. The candidate will work under the supervision of the Showroom Manager and is expected to bring a strong blend of interior design expertise and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert potential leads into finalized sales orders.
• Analyze and understand customer requirements to propose optimal design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to guarantee technical design accuracy.
• Adhere to established sales and interior design workflows and protocols.
• Support the showroom team and contribute toward achieving their sales objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in interior design or showroom sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 25,000 and 35,000 INR.
