The Interior Designer for Design Development leads the phase of transforming approved interior concepts for commercial projects into detailed, coordinated, and buildable solutions. You will balance aesthetics, budget, functional needs, and constructability, ensuring designs meet high standards and transition smoothly to construction documentation.   • Coordinate extensively with architectural and engineering consultants to ensure comprehensive design integration.
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts within design through technical reviews and communication.
  • Lead value engineering and optimize designs while maintaining original intent.
  • Prepare comprehensive design development packages that are accurate and construction documentation ready.

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
