Dak Designs Private Limited is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Interior Designer to create both residential and commercial spaces that are functional, visually appealing, and innovative. The ideal candidate should possess excellent design sensibility and strong space planning abilities, translating client requirements into practical yet elegant interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to grasp their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive interior design schemes including concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Create 2D and 3D visual representations along with detailed working drawings utilizing design software.
• Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, color palettes, and decor accessories.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to supervise progress, maintain design quality, and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material specifications accurately.
• Manage projects effectively to stay within the allocated budget and deadlines.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, materials, and technological advancements in interior design.
