Interim Controller / Senior Controller (FP&A & Budgeting)

Role Overview

Pearse Professionals is collaborating with a private equity-backed technology and services firm in Germany to onboard an Interim Finance Modeller. This pivotal role involves spearheading and managing the company's budgeting process during a crucial development phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the budgeting process end-to-end for the organization.
• Develop a comprehensive, driver-based budgeting model incorporating product lines, market segments, trends, cost structures, and associated business drivers.
• Design the model for ease of use across various business units by early September.
• Work closely with finance leadership and private equity sponsors to ensure approaches and priorities are aligned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced, practical financial modelling capabilities with hands-on experience constructing models from the ground up.
• Proven track record of creating budget and FP&A models within dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Experience within the IT or technology sector is a significant plus.
