Instructional Designer (Entry-Level, Up to 2 Years Experience)

Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking immediate joiners for the role of Instructional Designer, responsible for crafting compelling educational content primarily using PowerPoint. The role involves translating expert knowledge into easily understandable instructional materials, designing clear storyboards and visual frameworks for e-learning and instructor-led training programs, and ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with learning objectives. Candidates will coordinate with subject matter experts, designers, and internal teams to achieve timely project completion while maintaining essential documentation, productivity tracking, and progress reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent command of English communication and writing
• High proficiency with PowerPoint and familiarity with e-learning development tools is advantageous
• Strong skills in visualization and storytelling for instructional purposes
• Fundamental knowledge of instructional design methodologies
• Detail-oriented with a keen desire for continuous learning

Educational Background: Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in BCA, MCA, education, literature, journalism, mass communication, instructional design, or related disciplines.

Experience: Suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
