Job Overview
Petro Industech Private Limited is seeking a driven and proactive Inside Sales Executive based in Delhi-NCR. The role involves lead generation, converting inquiries into sales, establishing strong customer connections, and supporting the sales team to meet targets primarily through phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM follow-ups.
Key Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications.
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Prepare and deliver quotations to customers.
- Track and follow up on pending quotations and inquiries.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed sales orders.
- Maintain regular interaction with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Log customer interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate among dispatch, accounts, and production departments to ensure seamless order processing.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Accomplish monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare daily sales and activity reports.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Effective follow-up and relationship management capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Positive mindset coupled with solid problem-solving aptitude.
- Graduate in any field; MBA or Marketing background preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred experience includes 1 to 3 years in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.

- B2B Sales environment.
- Experience in Manufacturing sector.
- Exposure to Building Materials, Hardware, Sanitary, or Bath Accessories industries.
- Handling distributors and dealers.
Performance Indicators
- Daily number of calls made.

Work Schedule
Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
